Following our successful AGM last week, we have now published the minutes from the meeting, along with the results of the voting.

As a quick overview:

• There were a total of 157 participants, of which 122 were counted as eligible votes.
  
  
• Hacking & Paterson confirmed management changes, with Caithlyn Anderson as the primary contact for residents and Lynsey Hutchinson as the Team Manager.
  
  
• Complaints from residents around the grounds maintenance were noted by H&P for further investigation, along with persistent issues with the management fee.
  
  
• The Association's constitution was approved by members.
  
  
• Three factoring service options were presented for owner's to vote on, with the outcome of the vote being the Association will now investigate a new factoring provider and grounds contractors. The committee will present alternative options to home owners at a subsequent General Meeting.
  
  
• Some complaints were noted by residents which will be forwarded to South Lanarkshire Council for an update on issues around roads and lighting.
  
  
• The Association will approach the residents within Bellway Phase 2 and Barrat Homes to widen its area of representation.
